Welcome to Orgway Agritech. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. About Us

Orgway Agritech is an agricultural products company based in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India. We manufacture and supply organic fertilizers, soil conditioners, and related agri-inputs (including NPK Fertilizer, Copper Sulphate, Bentonite Granules, Potassium Humate, Humic Acid, Calcium Nitrate, Amino Acid Fertilizer, Sulphur Bentonite Granules, and Vermicompost) to farmers, agri-dealers, and businesses across India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order with us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Business (B2B) customers must provide a valid GSTIN. By submitting a GSTIN, you confirm it is accurate and legally registered to your business.

3. Products & Descriptions

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, agricultural products can have natural variations in colour, particle size, or appearance between batches. Minor visual differences do not constitute grounds for return unless the product specification itself differs materially from what was described.

Our products are intended strictly for agricultural and horticultural use in accordance with the application guidelines provided. Results will vary depending on soil type, weather, crop variety, and farming practices — we cannot guarantee specific yields or crop outcomes.

4. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order — confirmed in your order summary before payment.
• A placed order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order — for example, if a product goes out of stock between listing and payment, or if there is a pricing error. You will be notified promptly and refunded in full if this occurs.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply for certain products, especially for bulk / B2B orders. These are shown on the product page.

5. Payments

We accept payment via Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

Razorpay processes all payment transactions. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Orgway Agritech never stores your card or UPI credentials.

6. GST & Tax Invoices

A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated for every order and available to download from your account. B2B customers wishing to claim GST input tax credit must provide their GSTIN at the time of ordering — we cannot issue revised invoices after dispatch.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and our Return & Refund Policy applies instead. Please see that page for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product photographs, logos, and design — is the property of Orgway Agritech and is protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content commercially without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Orgway Agritech's liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including crop failure or loss of income — that arise from the use or misuse of our products.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
